The Peanut Butter Jar

So, today is my first day blogging since October of 2006. I'm back, people, I'm back...let's see how long I can keep this up!

One of the things I find that sits right next to my 24/7 computer is a small peanut butter jar. It has a purpose, it doesn't just sit there. It's my companion, my breakfast on the go, my lunch snack, or a late night snack. I keep a mug of cheap plastic spoons close by, and when I'm hungry, I dive in. The thing about my peanut butter jar, is, that it is mine, and only mine. Everyone in this house knows it. Call it a bad habit, which it is, don't tell me you don't have a bad habit, too!

My peanut butter jar is reduced fat...yes, I am trying to be healthy...peanut butter is healthy, when only small amounts are consumed, which I do. My peanut butter is also organic and reduced in sugar content. Occasionally, I'll break a piece of 70% dark chocolate off from my stash in the bread box, and dip it into my peanut butter jar....and alas, and awesome snack and satisfying!

Does The Weather Affect Your Sinuses?

It affects mine. On cloudy days, my sinuses hurt. When a cloud is rolling in, forget it. I'll take a sunny day, I usually don't feel the sinus pressure those days.
